THE INTERVIEW & REFERENCE CHECKS
The first interview will likely be with your prospective manager at one of our stores. This will give them a chance to find out more information about your experience and background.
Depending on the type of role you have applied for, some roles will only require one interview. Generally, two interviews will be conducted – one with the Store Manager and one with the Regional Manager.
If all goes well – we will conduct reference, credit and police checks. If we have identified someone else for the role – we will email all candidates and let you know.
